Register of Certified Operators

The OCSA Register of Certified Operators lists organisations that hold active certification issued by the Online Competition Standards Authority (OCSA).

Only operators that meet OCSA standards, the DCMS voluntary code standards and remain in good standing are included on the Register.

Purpose of the Register

The Register exists to:

  • provide transparency for consumers

  • allow verification of certification claims

  • support accountability within the prize-draw sector

  • demonstrate adherence to recognised standards

Inclusion on the Register confirms that an operator has been assessed against OCSA standards at the time certification was granted.

OCSA Certification Status

Certification status may change where:

  • OCSA Code standards are no longer met

  • DCMS Code standards are no longer met

  • certification conditions are breached

  • required information is not maintained

  • certification lapses or is withdrawn

Operators may only describe themselves as OCSA-certified while they appear on the Register with active status.

Publication

The OCSA Register of Certified Operators will be published here.

During the initial launch phase, the Register will be populated as certifications are granted.

Verification

If you wish to verify an operator’s certification status or report a concern regarding the use of OCSA certification, please contact:

verify@ocsa.org.uk‍ ‍or use the badge verifier below.

All authentic OCSA badges have an invisible coded watermark which can only relate to a single operator - if the badge you drop here does not relate to the registered operator site you got it from, then the badge is copied or counterfeit. Please report any copied or counterfeit badge usage to OCSA immediately. An authentic badge will also show whether certification has expired, when it was issued, and the level of certification achieved.

OCSA certification reflects compliance with published OCSA standards at the time of assessment and does not replace statutory regulation or legal responsibility.

OCSA certification is only awarded to UK prize draw operators who have completed our independent audit against the DCMS Voluntary Code of Good Practice and the OCSA Code of Practice, and who meet the required standard across all checkpoints.

Following the 20 May 2026 implementation deadline, operators should now be able to evidence public-facing Code implementation. OCSA certification is available to operators who meet the relevant published standard.

If you are an operator and would like to begin the OCSA certification process, contact us at info@ocsa.org.uk
