Nature of OCSA

OCSA is an independent standards body providing guidance, certification, and oversight for UK online prize-draw operators.

OCSA does not regulate gambling and does not replace any statutory regulator or legal requirement.

No guarantee of certification

Submission of an application does not guarantee certification.
OCSA reserves full discretion to grant, refuse, suspend, or withdraw OCSA certification.

Accuracy of information

While OCSA seeks to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, no liability is accepted for errors, omissions, or reliance placed on website content.

Use of certification badges

OCSA certification badges may only be used in accordance with published badge-usage rules.
Misuse may result in the withdrawal of certification.

Limitation of liability

OCSA accepts no liability for losses arising from:

  • participation in competitions

  • reliance on certification status

  • third-party actions

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
